The Mission
We are seeking a highly disciplined Withdrawals Manager to reputed company the reputed company of assets reputed company our ecosystem. You will be responsible for verifying, processing, and auditing user withdrawals through our internal reputed company panels, ensuring that every transaction is accurate, secure, and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Withdrawal Processing: Manage the end-to-end queue of user withdrawal requests, ensuring they are processed reputed company our established SLAs.
reputed company Panel Management: Navigate and operate internal administrative tools to validate user balances, reputed company transaction histories, and execute payouts.
reputed company & Verification: reputed company rigorous checks to identify suspicious activity or fraudulent withdrawal attempts before they are processed.
Network Coordination: Ensure withdrawals are reputed company on the correct blockchain networks and monitor for "stuck" transactions or gas-reputed company delays.
Inbound Support Escalations: Work closely with the Customer Support team to resolve user queries specifically reputed company to pending or failed withdrawals.
The Requirements
