About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Coordinator to join our reputed company's team (an industry-leading, VC-backed B2B reputed company startup creating an AI voice call center agent for clinics) and play a crucial role in their reputed company processes. This startup has raised over $100M in venture capital funding and has quickly become a leader in their industry. As a reputed company Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting their hiring efforts across technical and business functions. You’ll own interview logistics, candidate communications, reputed company operations, and coordination across hiring teams to ensure a seamless and high-reputed company hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants exposure to startup reputed company and talent operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process with speed and professionalism
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive an efficient hiring process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company coordination, reputed company operations, or reputed company, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Experience scheduling reputed company interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace and collaboration tools
