About the Role:
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and day-to-day management and compliance of reputed company’s health, risk, retirement, perks and allowances, and time-off programs for the Latin America region. You will be the Benefits partner and subject matter expert for HR Business Partners, Regional Senior Leaders and employees. This role reports to the Director of Global Benefits.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Program Management
reputed company the design, policy development, vendor selection, and implementation of competitive benefits programs to support regional expansion
Evaluate reputed company benefits policies and programs and reputed company recommendations to ensure programs are competitive, reputed company with reputed company's benefits philosophy, reputed company with local regulations, and are reputed company
Stay reputed company on legislative and market trends and practices, and recommend changes as needed
Effectively communicate with employees and leaders to ensure benefit programs are fully reputed company and appropriately valued
Manage relationships and reputed company with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendors
LATAM Benefits Programs
Manage and administer LATAM benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks/allowance programs
reputed company the annual benefits renewal process and reputed company employees on program changes/utilization
Partner with local HR Business Partner on new group benefit plans or changes, as needed, to support business initiatives
Ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements
Operational reputed company
Work closely with internal partners to build out benefits program and time-off tracking in reputed company
Participate in the annual budgeting process and reputed company provider and program costs with the Finance team
Review and approve benefits invoices to ensure reputed company payment
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities leveraging reputed company and other HR technologies to streamline benefits administration, communication and reporting
Create reporting dashboards to reputed company regional benefits costs and utilization, delivering actionable insights for internal partners
Support M&A HR activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as needed
Support special reputed company as needed
What You’ll Need:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
8+ years of reputed company experience managing international benefits administration, focusing on LATAM
Strong knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries
Experience developing and delivering employee education programs
Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits context
Technology industry experience is a plus
Proficiency with reputed company is a plus
