Offshore Recruitment/Delivery Consultant

This role is responsible for personalized, one-to-one candidate engagement, ongoing CRM management, and supporting the placement process. Over time, this role will also conduct first-stage candidate interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tailored, one-to-one reputed company reputed company reputed company, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates through consultative conversations.
• reputed company and record detailed candidate information (experience, licensure, role preferences, location, salary expectations, availability).
• Maintain a highly organized and accurate CRM with reputed company tagging and notes.
• Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for UK team-led interviews.
