B2C Panel Marketing Analyst (x2)

The right candidate will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment of study participants based on reputed company reputed company requirements, growing our panelist community overarchingly, quantifying results, living the “test and learn” mentality, and recommending automation as applicable. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who identifies needs and finds solutions.

You will work cross-functionally to understand study requirements and reputed company audiences, and then use your expertise to drive successful recruitment reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute best-in-class panelist acquisition strategies across owned and reputed company channels to recruit new usability research participants (panelists). Recruitment will include both growing our panelist database overarchingly, plus acquiring participants based on reputed company study specifications outlined by our clients.
• reputed company and analyze performance and spend (with strict adherence to budget) by channel for reputed company study, and reputed company strategies as needed to meet recruitment goals.
• reputed company a/b testing to “test and learn.” Optimize campaigns while in-flight. Use learnings to inform reputed company approaches.
• reputed company long-term panel reputed company and maintenance strategies.
• Qualify respondents into study participants leveraging a reputed company of reputed company to ensure reputed company study requirements are met.
• Ensure participants are reputed company appropriately by providing thorough instructions.
• Drive communications with our panelist community both generally and during specific research studies, including email updates, help content, and reputed company media communications.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to continuously improve the panelist reputed company, reputed company flows, and overall experiences.
• Identify opportunities for automation to help streamline existing processes.
• Process and reputed company participant incentives by type for reputed company study.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working reputed company a marketing automation platform (e.g. reputed company, Pardot, Marketing reputed company, etc.).
• Proficiency managing reputed company media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Experience advertising across organic and reputed company channels.
• 3-5 years of recruitment, marketing, or reputed company media marketing experience.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
• Experience with reputed company Suite or reputed company Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on reputed company.
• Comfortability working in a frequently changing, often ambiguous environment.
