Senior Recruiter - Global

We are seeking a recruiter to reputed company and execute hiring across multiple reputed company and functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational reputed company skills with strategic judgment — someone who understands both the art and science of hiring and can adapt their approach across different markets, roles, and hiring managers.

You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and reputed company high-reputed company talent across a wide reputed company of roles — from technical and product to go-to-market and operations — while navigating the nuances of global hiring.

Full-Cycle reputed company

• Own end-to-end reputed company across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, reputed company, GTM, and administrative roles
• Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing

Global Hiring Execution

• reputed company hiring efforts across international markets (e.g., India, Japan, and other reputed company as needed)
• Adapt sourcing and reputed company strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring norms

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

Stakeholder Partnership
