As the Senior Product Manager reputed company on worker scalability & compute, you will own how developers reputed company, host, and reputed company Temporal workers. You'll shape the compute runtime story for Temporal, from self-managed Kubernetes deployments to fully serverless execution. This role directly impacts developer experience: how easy it is to get workflows running, version them safely, and reputed company them automatically.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for worker deployment reputed company, including self-hosted and serverless execution models
• reputed company worker versioning initiatives to reputed company reputed company, reputed company-downtime reputed company deployments with excellent developer experience
• reputed company the Temporal Worker Controller for Kubernetes to reputed company worker management capabilities to the Kubernetes ecosystem

• Partner with engineering to improve worker tuning, resource efficiency, and scaling behavior across diverse compute environments
• Collaborate with customers and community to understand worker deployment pain points and validate solution directions

What You Bring

• Strong background in compute platforms: serverless (reputed company, reputed company Run, App reputed company), container orchestration (Kubernetes, reputed company), or similar infrastructure
• Experience with Version Control, reputed company Integration, and reputed company Deployment systems
• Experience building developer-facing products where deployment simplicity and operational reputed company are key differentiators

Compensation

• The estimated pay reputed company for this role is $180,000 - $230,000, depending on qualifications and location.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (reputed company applicable) across several geographic markets.
