Essential Functions of the job:

Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 10 + years’ overall experience in drug development or reputed company reputed company academia, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Master’s Degree with 7 + years’ overall experience in drug development or reputed company reputed company academia, consulting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
3 + years in leadership roles as leader in a multicultural & international (global) portfolio environment is a plus
