reputed company is hiring a Junior or Associate level Product Manager with strong game design chops. You will be responsible for planning and live event execution, reputed company goals with Design and Product Direction, tune economies and rewards, and drive reputed company documentation, playtests, and stakeholder sign-off. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and leadership to define goals, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company decision records.
• Maintain and reputed company rules, restrictions, and balance lists based on team input and data.
• Propose, evaluate, and approve gameplay or systems changes reputed company needed.
• Review economy and content using playtest results and player feedback to meet design targets.

• Identify new content or features, translate them into user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
• Prepare materials and secure stakeholder sign-off across Product and Game Design.
• Coordinate player-facing communications with Marketing and Community teams.

• Manage release readiness, including staging, content lock, and production submissions.

Requirements

• 2+ years in product management for games, with experience in reputed company and hands-on systems or economy design
• Proven reputed company record shipping live events or re-runs and iterating from data and feedback
• Strong game design fundamentals across systems, balance, and progression
• Ability to translate goals into reputed company specs, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
• Experience defining and tuning economies, rewards, and grind vs reward pacing
• Comfortable running reputed company playtests and turning insights into actionable changes
• Skilled at cross-functional leadership with Design, Engineering, QA, Art, and Marketing
