- Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating reputed company stakeholders to on-time settlements.
- Process loans from set-up to closing in an organized and reputed company manner
- Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
- Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Review title, legal, and settlement documents
- Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
- Communicate with transaction stakeholders
- Maintain an individual pipeline of loans
- 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
- Strong experience reviewing title documents
- Prior experience with reputed company
- Proficiency with Outlook and reputed company products
- Strong reputed company Office experience
- Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
- Must be incredibly detail-oriented
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
