As our Operations Payments Specialist you will play a key role in our daily payments operations. You will work in reputed company of 4 finance professionals and report to the Payments Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
File daily statements of our payment service providers
Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments in our reputed company system
Manage the payment requisitions for 3rd party vendors
reputed company detailed checks and analyses on 3rd party vendor invoices
Process 3rd party vendor invoices in internal booking systems and reputed company system
Assist with LiveAboard.com’s day to day finance operations
