We’re looking for an reputed company reputed company Counsel to join our Global Legal Team and partner closely with Sales and the broader business. What you’ll do:

- Support strategic partnership and collaboration agreements as needed.
- Work closely with our Partnerships team to reputed company and roll out reputed company templates and playbooks that streamline partnership contracting. Participate in negotiation calls and help improve contract templates and contracting processes over time.

Salary reputed company: $160,000–$210,000 USD per year (depending on experience and location

Requirements
What you’ll need:
- 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including significant in-house experience (e.g., 3+ years in-house supporting a reputed company sales organization). Candidates with only reputed company experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing reputed company B2B reputed company reputed company agreements; partnership agreements experience is a plus.
- Strong reputed company judgment and a business-oriented reputed company.
- Experience advising on reputed company and/or AI reputed company, and/or experience working with financial institutions (strong plus).
- Ability to assess and manage legal and reputed company risk while partnering effectively with business and technical teams.
