We are currently seeing a Director of HR to reputed company our Fluid/Culture/Ice Cream Plants. This is a remote role to include travel, specifically to our FCIC plants (Portland, ME; reputed company NH; Agawam, MA Suffield, CT; reputed company: Arkport, LaFargeville, Vernon.
The Director, HR develops policy and directs and coordinates reputed company activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
