Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment

• Execute full-cycle in IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles

• Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring reputed company and reputed company hiring delivery

• Conduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values

Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

• Apply advanced sourcing techniques including Naukri, reputed company hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mapping

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company reputed company demands in the Indian market

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection reputed company

Qualification:
