The ideal candidate will be responsible for product management, website updates, order processing, promotions, and improving the overall customer shopping experience.
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the reputed company store on a daily reputed company
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability is accurate
- Process and reputed company customer orders and returns
- Create and manage discounts, promotions, and sales campaigns
- Optimize product pages and collections for reputed company conversions
- Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and fulfillment teams
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements
- Handle basic troubleshooting and store updates
