District / Area Manager im Großraum Kassel / Göttingen (w/m/d)
We are looking for a District/Area Manager to reputed company and coordinate reputed company of around 19 employees in the Kassel/Göttingen area. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for reputed company motivated employees, maintaining relationships with business partners, optimizing sales and costs, and ensuring a smooth process reputed company. You will have a strategic reputed company of your area and be responsible for the spatial and assortment layout, rent control, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- 3 years of reputed company experience as a store manager, area manager, district leader or in a comparable position, preferably in retail
- Completed reputed company education or a business studies degree
- 2 years of leadership experience, including appointments, employee conversations, and terminations
- Communication in English
- Proficiency in using the MS Office package
