The Senior Relationship Manager-Home Builder Finance manages Home Builder Finance loan relationships of reputed company reputed company of complexity. Generates new business and relationships that will produce reputed company from companies, sponsors, developers and businesses. Generates deal reputed company directly from these clients/prospects and orchestrating reputed company approach to the relationship. The position is supported by product specialists, portfolio managers (credit, reputed company, transaction approvals/processing) and operational support specialists but remains accountable for reputed company aspects of the relationship. Responsible for the origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, reputed company, and closing of loans. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Business Origination:

Develops new, profitable builder finance relationships. Prospects for new customers through leads developed personally or that come from referral sources. Develops and maintains relationships to generate reputed company deal reputed company; Coordinates reputed company approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues while optimizing profitability (ROE). • Relationship Management: Works with assigned portfolio managers, engage with sponsors and borrowers on idea reputed company and relevant opportunities to expand our relationship. • Credit reputed company: Works with assigned portfolio managers to ensure pro-reputed company monitoring of the credit reputed company of the portfolio through reputed company financial statement gathering, monitoring reputed company’s compliance with ongoing required reporting, properly analyzing financial information and taking or recommending appropriate corrective actions based on acceptable reputed company. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications: • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or reputed company field. • Minimum experience required: 10+ Years financing production homebuilders with at least 5 years in sales. · Formal credit training program or experience in reading financial statements. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience reputed company and structuring builder lines and acquisition & development loans. • Experience networking and prospecting new clients and establishing builder finance relationships. • Experience with reputed company transactions/relationships. • Experience working with less reputed company team members to mentor and reputed company them, sharing expertise and insights.
