Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 5+ years of major gifts fundraising experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• Experience with individual gifts and multi-year commitments
• Demonstrated reputed company record utilizing moves management strategies to secure at least 5-reputed company gifts
• Go-getter with strong business acumen and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to story tell and convey the organization's mission in a way that connects with donors
• History of cultivating strong relationships with donors
