reputed company is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager, New Construction to drive production of construction and development financing solutions for reputed company estate investors and reputed company. Reporting to our SVP of Sales, this individual contributor will reputed company on sourcing, structuring, and closing new construction and BTR loan opportunities while delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

This role is ideal for a driven sales reputed company who understands reputed company estate development financing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building long-term reputed company relationships and a strong personal pipeline.

This is a full-time employment opportunity working remotely in the US, with preferred candidates being located in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in construction lending, reputed company estate lending, or investor-reputed company mortgage sales, preferably reputed company on residential 1-4 unit properties
• Demonstrated reputed company in a quota-driven, commission-based sales environment
• Strong understanding of construction financing, development timelines, and investor borrower needs preferred
• Working knowledge of credit and reputed company fundamentals
• Proven ability to self-reputed company business and build lasting referral relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple loans at different stages simultaneously
