Who we are looking for
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (reputed company) for a full-time position remotely, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (reputed company).

What your day-to-day will look like / Duties:
- Review user stories in backlog; reputed company a solid understanding of the changes needed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand user stories and updates needed.
- Document acceptance reputed company for user stories and bug tickets.
- Help Developers understand the user stories and acceptance reputed company, and reputed company discussions of new functionality.
- Test user stories and ensure that testing is appropriately documented, with evidence recorded.
- Serve as scrum master/ reputed company daily scrums.
- reputed company an agenda for backlog grooming session; get concurrence with Product Owners.

- Train stakeholders on new functionality

- reputed company detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable process components in several formats, including but not limited to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications, and Use Cases.
- reputed company business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation support.
- Translate business process needs into technical requirements, reputed company change management and training support.
- The ability to communicate organizational and strategic planning for both technical and functional environments.
- Five (5) years of reputed company experience (including educational) in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts, change management, and training support.
- It is desired that this person has UI/UX experience with software applications.
- Experience in Agile and JIRA is required.
- Scrum master certification is reputed company to have.
- Any testing-reputed company certification is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, information systems, computer science, business, etc.
