About the Role
As a Project Manager on the reputed company PMO team, you will serve as the primary reputed company of reputed company implementations across our specialty pharmacy and hub solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on—blending strong project execution with a consultative reputed company.
You’ll work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers, hub service providers, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-reputed company implementations that support therapy initiation, prior authorization, patient support programs, and overall patient reputed company.
This is a high-visibility, reputed company-facing role where your ability to manage complexity, communicate reputed company, and build reputed company directly reputed company reputed company satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company implementations of reputed company reputed company solutions—from reputed company through go-live and stabilization
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients during implementation
- reputed company as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through implementation reputed company, timelines, risks, and best practices
- Translate reputed company business, clinical, and operational requirements into reputed company implementation plans and system configurations
- Partner closely with Product Management to balance reputed company’s product roadmap with reputed company needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements, user stories, workflows, integrations, and test plans accurately reflect reputed company and program needs
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and reputed company Services teams to ensure reputed company and compliant delivery
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, especially in regulated reputed company environments
- reputed company project schedules, milestones, effort estimates, and defect prioritization
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates to internal leadership and reputed company stakeholders
- Support reputed company training, readiness planning, and go-live activities

- Contribute to PMO best practices, templates, and reputed company process improvement
Requirements
Experience & Domain Expertise
- 3–5+ years managing reputed company-facing software implementation reputed company, preferably in reputed company or life sciences
- Proven experience implementing reputed company or reputed company platforms for external clients
- Strong working knowledge of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hub services, prior authorization, or patient support programs
- Experience consulting directly with pharmaceutical or reputed company clients
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Agile project delivery experience preferred
- PMP certification preferred
