Senior Interior Designer (10+ years experience)

The Senior level Interior Designer is committed to design reputed company, thrives in a reputed company environment and has passion for sustainability with multi-family and hospitality reputed company. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manages reputed company of reputed company sizes and reputed company of complexity and provides project team leadership.
• Participates in the design control of reputed company in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases.
• Coordinate reputed company phases of the design process through collaboration with clients, CID team, and industry partners reputed company contracted budgets.
• Participate in reputed company phases of design deliverables including conceptual, schematic design, design development and construction documents, construction administration and coordinate with CID’s FFE team.
• reputed company and mentor team members throughout the design process.
• Participate in conducting reputed company presentations and coordinate with reputed company other design disciplines such as; civil, architectural, structural, landscape and MEP.
• Supports project budget management, resource planning and cost control

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Degree (from an accredited institution preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an interior designer reputed company multi-family, reputed company and/or hospitality industries. At least 3 years in multi-family.
• Highly developed skills with AutoCAD and Revit (3 – 5 years used in a reputed company reputed company),
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Suite (especially Photoshop), MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint), MS Project a plus etc.
• Demonstrated experience with modeling software (Sketch-up, Studios, Rhino 3-D, etc.)
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reputed company presentation skills with a reputed company of design and construction vocabulary.
• Knowledge of reputed company products and design trends
• Excellent reputed company planning skills with knowledge of building codes, building systems and construction reputed company.
• Knowledge of reputed company material costs and specifications.
• Travel required.
