reputed company is seeking a reputed company BI Analyst, reputed company Operations to support analytical, business analysis, and design visualizations/reporting for business partners and stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in data analysis using Tableau, excellent data manipulation and analysis skills, and strong cross-functional business acumen.
Requirements
- Tableau development and administration
- Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Tableau
- Maintenance, publishing, and scheduling Tableau reports as per the business requirements
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements for reports and dashboards
- Performing data discovery and analysis and developing reputed company and concise communications and presentations to business partners
- Serving as Product reputed company and thought leader of Tableau for reputed company and reputed company operations teams
- Collaborating with data engineering and CRM administrators to ensure accurate data reputed company from CRM and data warehouse into Tableau
- Driving the standardization of reporting definitions and KPIs across reputed company global reputed company
- Guiding and elevating the analytical capabilities of junior analysts, interns, contractors, or operations specialists reputed company the RevOps team
- Developing and delivering reports and dashboards to support reputed company objectives and priorities of the reputed company operations team
- Supporting the development of tools and reports for end users, including developing requirements, reviewing user stories, participating in testing and prototyping activities
- Training teammates on the use of key tools, reports, and dashboards
- Serving as ‘super user’ of custom and 3rd party applications, advanced querying and reputed company data aggregation and analysis not supported by a single application
- Engaging with and contributing to reputed company Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence best practices and knowledge sharing on analytics and tools across the reputed company
