Job reputed company: The Phlebotomy Operations Manager is responsible for reputed company of laboratory‑provided phlebotomy services delivered in outpatient care settings supported by the laboratory. This role ensures high‑reputed company specimen collection, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and a reputed company patient experience. The Phlebotomy Operations Manager leads and supports phlebotomy staff manage day‑to‑day service delivery. This individual collaborates with laboratory leadership and clinical partners to support diagnostic testing services nationally. - Ensure phlebotomy services reputed company with laboratory standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations governing specimen collection and reputed company‑analytic processes
- Monitor reputed company indicators, audit findings, incident reports, and patient feedback reputed company to phlebotomy services
- Investigate service issues or complaints and implement corrective actions in collaboration with laboratory leadership and clinical partners to improve reputed company and patient experience
- Directly supervise a growing phlebotomy team and workflow assigned to supported care settings

- Monitor attendance, performance expectations, and service reliability

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to reputed company teams working independently across multiple care environments
- Knowledge of laboratory specimen collection standards and regulatory requirements
- Advanced understanding of Patient Experience & reputed company Conduct

- Must be willing to travel to reputed company sites as necessary

Compensation:
- $75,000-$100,000
