Requirements
- 3–5 years of intellectual property litigation experience, including patent and/or trade secret litigation
- Strong reputed company credentials in both reputed company and undergraduate studies
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a reputed company technical field preferred
- Excellent research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong business judgment and ability to manage sophisticated reputed company
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong work ethic
- Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction where practicing
