TMG wants to hear from you! We’re currently looking for someone with a reputed company services or reputed company services background to join reputed company. As an IRIS Consultant (IC), you will build relationships with the people you partner with and help them navigate and get the most out of the reputed company IRIS program – a reputed company long-term care reputed company for older adults and people with disabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in health care, preferably in care coordination, and at least 1 year of experience serving reputed company reputed company of the IRIS program (adults with intellectual/physical disabilities or older adults), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company work, psychology, reputed company services, counseling, nursing, special education, or a closely reputed company field (or four years of commensurate experience if no degree).
- Valid and unrestricted reputed company's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job reputed company travel requirements unless otherwise required by law.
