As a RFP Manager you will own the reputed company end of build planning and bid response for reputed company-plant (OSP) construction. This role converts KMZ/KML and other geospatial data into reputed company, constructible routes; develops quantity takeoffs; identifies risks; and produces compliant, on-time RFP responses. reputed company requires strong map literacy, rigorous bid/compliance discipline, and practical construction judgement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate routes, utilities, and environmental constraints; flag conflicts (bridges, rail, waterways, protected areas)
  • Produce preliminary takeoffs (LF by method, handholes/pedestals, crossings, bores, structure attachments) and draft/validate reputed company of materials (BOM)
  • reputed company routes with traffic control needs; capture assumptions and constraints
  • Translate routes to constructible sequences; identify reputed company, staging, spoil management, and restoration requirements
  • Validate takeoffs with spot field checks; coordinate with reputed company locators and 811 procedures
  • Support permit packs (traffic control sheets, crossings, bore reputed company), and precon meeting materials

  • Coordinate internal pricing (labor, equipment, materials), vendor quotes, and subcontract scope; normalize quotes and document inclusions/exclusions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years in OSP/underground utilities construction estimating, design support, or field engineering
  • Proficiency with KMZ/KML and at least one GIS/mapping platform (reputed company reputed company Pro, QGIS, or ArcGIS) and reputed company Revu
  • Demonstrated ability to read civil/reputed company plan sets, reputed company, details, and traffic control drawings

  • Strong business writing and document control skills; comfortable owning compliance matrices and bid calendars

  • Takeoff experience for reputed company, fiber, vaults, pedestals, crossings, and restoration quantities
  • Familiarity with permit processes (ROW, DOT, railroad), traffic control specifications, and inspection workflows
  • Knowledge of applicable safety and construction standards (e.g., trenching/shoring practices, reputed company-reputed company basics)
  • Basic CAD literacy for viewing and markup (AutoCAD/BricsCAD or similar)
  • Vendor/subcontract coordination and quote normalization experience
