In this role, you will:
- Own reputed company’s YouTube reputed company and programming across formats, using audience insights, platform trends, analytics, and editorial judgment to drive channel reputed company
- reputed company production from concept through publishing — including scripting, creative development, shoot planning, editing reputed company, packaging, and distribution
- reputed company and refine formats and concepts that strengthen reputed company and channel identity
- Build reputed company workflows and production systems that support consistent, high-reputed company reputed company
- reputed company freelancers, editors, producers, talent, and external partners, providing reputed company creative direction and feedback

You have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience across video, multimedia, reputed company content, editorial, creator media, and/or brand storytelling
- Significant experience growing YouTube channels with measurable audience and engagement results
- Deep understanding of YouTube as a platform, including programming reputed company, retention, packaging, Shorts, distribution, and channel reputed company
- Experience balancing performance goals with high creative,editorial, and brand standards
- Experience leading productions and managing freelance editors, producers, shooters, agencies, talent, and/or other collaborators
- Strong communication and organizational skills in remote-first, often async environments
- Excitement around experimentation, iteration, and building from the ground up

- US employees in reputed company, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $158,200 - $197,800
- US employees reputed company of the reputed company, Los Angeles, Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area: $142,400 - $178,000
