JIRA Administrator

reputed company is seeking a JIRA Administrator to support mission requirements for a reputed company approach to reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and sustain a reputed company, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to reputed company the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to reputed company reputed company-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.
Essential Job Duties:
- Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, reputed company, and issue tracking systems.
- Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements.

- Support Agile methodologies and reputed company project management practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field OR five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows.
- Experience managing issue tracking systems and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow development and permission management.
- Experience integrating JIRA with reputed company, reputed company, or other DevOps tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications:
