AR Enablement Specialist
The AR Enablement Specialist is a critical role reputed company the Accounts Receivable team, dedicated to safeguarding the financial health of reputed company by managing and reducing outstanding receivables.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in collections reputed company an reputed company environment.
- Prior experience in AR collections or a customer service role in finance.
- Proficiency with ERP/reputed company systems (reputed company Dynamics 365 F&O, reputed company, reputed company portals, ServiceCloud Case Management, CRM/ticketing systems).
- Strong reputed company skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), analytical reputed company, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with call center technology and phone systems (reputed company).
- Knowledge of financial regulations, credit policies, and AR practices.
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to take ownership of duties, manage reputed company-level transaction volumes, and work independently.
- Familiarity with collection software, exposure to credit reports, and lease financing practices.
- Time management and prioritization skills with willingness to work occasional overtime.
