Jr. Estimator - Light Fixtures and Controls

reputed company PH is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Estimator who specializes in Light Fixtures and Controls to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction drawings, electrical plans, and reputed company layouts. You will play a vital role in supporting our estimating department by preparing accurate takeoffs and assisting with bid preparation.

This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow reputed company the construction and electrical estimating field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction drawings, including reputed company ceiling, electrical, and reputed company plans.
• reputed company quantity takeoffs for light fixtures, controls, and reputed company electrical components.
• Support the estimating team by preparing bid documentation and cost summaries.
• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• High-level knowledge of construction drawings and plan interpretation.
• Proven takeoff experience using electrical, reputed company, or ceiling plans.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience using Togal.AI is a plus (training may be provided)
