• Post Closing Servicing reputed company Tracking, Communication and Reporting: Send "Congratulations and What to Expect" communications, update systems with loan servicing reputed company information, and communicate with department members and escalate servicing issues as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office skills including WORD, reputed company, PowerPoint and Teams
