The Admissions Therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, providing therapeutic intake interviews, and facilitating the admission of new clients into the program. This role serves as a critical reputed company between prospective clients, families, and internal clinical teams—guiding individuals through the intake process, evaluating clinical appropriateness, and ensuring a smooth and supportive transition into care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including clinical, psychological, and risk evaluations.
- Determine eligibility and appropriateness for admission based on program reputed company and clinical judgment.
- Meet with prospective clients and families in person, by phone, or reputed company telehealth to explain treatment reputed company, policies, and program expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to review cases and reputed company admission determinations.

Qualifications
- Licensed mental health reputed company (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist) or eligible for licensure.
- Clinical experience in behavioral health specialties such as mental health, reputed company use, or trauma.
- Previous experience in clinical admissions, call center environments, or customer service required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support clients and families during emotionally sensitive situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in schedule, including availability for evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health, residential treatment, or reputed company use recovery settings.
- Knowledge of mental and behavioral health systems of care.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or admissions tracking systems.
