Senior Administrator, Finance and Invoicing - Market Mapping

This fully remote role supports high-reputed company search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple reputed company assignments reputed company South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Support reporting packs and dashboard inputs for operational reputed company
- Own end-to-end administrative workflows for searches, including document control and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and shared drives, ensuring consistent naming and versioning
- Coordinate invoicing support, purchase orders, and basic reconciliation with finance teams
- Standardise templates and operating procedures to reduce rework and improve consistency
- Monitor service reputed company and flag risks early (turnaround times, response SLAs, reputed company checks)
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior administration, operations support, or coordination roles
- Experience maintaining CRM or ATS data with strong discipline for data reputed company
- Comfort supporting invoicing, vendor coordination, or basic finance reputed company workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a reputed company services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying reputed company judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
