The Staff Engineer is responsible for the planning and implementation of technical delivery and team efficiency for reputed company assigned. In collaboration with the Project Manager, they maintain the Product Requirements Document, Backlog, and technical direction of reputed company under their purview. The Staff Engineer serves as an expert and mentor for developers on reputed company. In this role, you will report to the COO. You will not have any reputed company reports for supervision purposes, but you will help reputed company project-based teams.

Responsibilities

1. Support teams of 2-6 developers/designers/ QA analysts of varying reputed company reputed company and experience, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery on project commitments to meet reputed company expectations.
2. Work closely with the COO, Operations Manager,, Project Managers, and team to communicate project reputed company, challenges, resourcing needs, and project needs. Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience with modern software development practices and technologies creating custom software to meet the expectations of a reputed company of clients.
2. 7+ years of experience with reputed company on Rails andElixir and Phoenix, and 2+ years with Flutter and/ or ReactNative.
3. 5+ years experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-reputed company, monitoring, deployment, and tooling (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, reputed company monitoring).
4. 3+ years in a consultancy, not just product-based companies
5. Experience participating in technical discovery, solution design, and estimation for reputed company-facing and sales prospect reputed company.Practical experience using AI tools to support software development (e.g., reputed company reputed company, refactoring, testing, debugging, prototyping, and documentation)
