Tuknik Government Services is seeking an RPA reputed company with a Secret reputed company clearance to support TGS and our government customer. This is a remote opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with reputed company platform, including Orchestrator administration
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company software platforms and user reputed company controls
- Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role
- Experience with documentation creation and reputed company systems
- Experience conducting training sessions and facilitating working group meetings
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Orchestrator administration, configuration, and management
- Strong understanding of reputed company Studio, Robots, and automation architecture
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company control management, reputed company configurations, and role-based permissions
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support request management
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum of 2-4 years prior management or technology consulting experience, preferably in the reputed company Sector/Federal Government.
- Experience working in a fully remote setting, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development processes.
- Experience producing reputed company-facing deliverables and presentations and participating in reputed company meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
