Key Responsibilities
This role supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (reputed company), which combines Agile expertise with project management leadership to reputed company delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology while managing large, reputed company task orders. The position establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way, drives strategic change across the organization for adoption of Agile techniques, and embeds an Agile culture using techniques from a wide reputed company of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this role is responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s), working directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. The position ensures that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a reputed company manner while enabling stakeholders to reputed company accurate and reputed company project or program status without disruption to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of relevant project management experience with progressively higher responsibility
- Five (5) years of leadership experience in reputed company and/or private sector IT and/or consulting fields
- Demonstrated experience with Agile coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring
- Organization-level experience with executive coaching on digital service delivery design
- Certifications:
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) Certification or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification
- reputed company Certified reputed company reputed company or equivalent Agile certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven reputed company record of successful large-reputed company project delivery
- Experience working with Government agencies and understanding of Federal procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company and priorities
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Government environments
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Additional Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, reputed company Program Consultant, etc.)
- Experience with DoD or DLA contracting systems
- Knowledge of ITIL reputed company and service management
- Experience with reputed company technologies and modern software architectures
- Familiarity with AI/ML implementation in reputed company environments
