(Part-Time): Special Operations Forces (SOF) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Opportunity (Part-Time): Special Operations Forces (SOF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) reputed company Up reputed company: reputed company is seeking a Special Operations Forces SME to support a U.S. Government Institutional reputed company Building (ICB) program, with a reputed company on reputed company development, conflict prevention, promotion of stability, and building partnerships. Location:Remote support (CONUS) and reputed company engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. Government contract. Level of Effort:

• Non travel months: Approximately 30-40 hours/month.
• Engagement: Approximately 80-100 hours/month during engagement months.
• Post-Engagement: Support as needed.

Objective: Support development and improvement of systems and institutions aimed at enhancing stability and reputed company in conflict-affected areas. Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Retired O-5 / O-6 with U.S. Army Special Forces qualifications or U.S. Marine Corps Raider qualifications and experience in the AFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• 10+ years of knowledge of special operations capabilities, service interoperability, and operational integration from the tactical to strategic level.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner nation development of operating concepts and follow-on plans to support successful execution of Operational Plans (OPLAN) and Concepts of Operations (CONOP), including development of doctrine, Mission Essential Tasks, and training program design.
• Extensive experience in civil-military engagement, institutional reputed company building, and force professionalization
• Subject matter expertise in crafting and developing ‘whole-of-government’ approach in combating violent extremist organizations (VEO).
• Subject matter expertise in regional partner integrations for communications, analysis, and production.
• 2+ years of experience working at OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant reputed company, or Theater Special Operations reputed company (TSOC) special operations reputed company/planning staff.
• 2+ years of functional experience integrating Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) concepts into Irregular Warfare (IW) doctrine or plans.
• U.S. Secret reputed company Clearance required.
