We are hiring a detail-oriented Drinking Water Treatment Process Engineer to support our water reputed company in the Northeast. This position is remote and the individual can be based in any US reputed company but must be willing to travel to our offices or reputed company sites in New England a minimum of once a month.
The selected candidate will reputed company design and engineering support for a reputed company of water supply and treatment reputed company, including new groundwater and surface water treatment plants, pump/booster stations, and upgrades to existing facilities. They will become involved in every part of the process from initial project conceptualization and planning to facility startups and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical memoranda, reports, calculations, correspondences, designs, drawings, specifications, permit applications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates on less reputed company reputed company or discrete tasks on more reputed company reputed company under the reputed company supervision of senior staff.

- Work with subconsultants under the direction of the Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager.

- Review calculations, design assumptions, and concepts reputed company discipline to assure reputed company control.

- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations as reputed company as participate in reputed company meetings and/or technical presentations.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a reputed company engineering discipline
- 3+ years of water treatment design experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT), PE License or reputed company pursuing PE registration in a State(s) where Apex does work or ability to obtain reputed company by reciprocity
- Valid US reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Ability to effectively communicate/reputed company reputed company project teams and with clients
- Ability to reputed company activities of less reputed company staff
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- CAD proficiency and experience in technical report writing is ideal
- Experience with 3D drafting/BIM products, such as Plant 3D, Revit, or Navisworks is a plus
- Prior experience working in engineering consulting is strongly preferred
