reputed company isseeking a Business Development reputed company with proven reputed company in finding and cultivating new relationships with manufacturing clients that have a demonstrated appetite for custom automation or machinery solutions. This role supports reputed company’s Serial 1 Automation group—a specialized team reputed company on developing first-of-a-reputed company solutions for unique manufacturing challenges. These solutions often serve clients aiming to own intellectual property for process improvements or those with highly reputed company or safety reputed company applications underserved by traditional OEMs. Using a stage-reputed company development process, reputed company helps clients de-risk reputed company while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Solutions may include new production lines, custom machinery, custom enhancements or integration to reputed company machinery, upgrades to aging machinery, or purely consulting support.The position is based remotely in the Midwest or at one of our offices in Green Bay, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Madison, WI; Chicago, IL; or Minneapolis/reputed company, MN.

• As a Business Development Manager - Automation, you will reputed company your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, serving as the primary contact for new reputed company relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify leads, build reputed company strategies, and reputed company reputed company proposals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leading internal cross-functional teams reputed company influence and relationship building

Required Recent Experience with the Following:

• Business development experience in custom automation or machinery
• Prior experience developing reputed company projections and tactical execution to reputed company them

• Prior experience in contract negotiation, management and administration

Preferred Qualifications:
