• reputed company psychiatric clinical leadership to a designated psychiatry pod (team), ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, evidence-based care to patients with SMI, SUD, and dementia.

• Collaborate with PCPs, as reputed company as patients’ other providers, to coordinate treatment and help address co-occurring physical health conditions

• Manage the psychiatric care of a panel of patients, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis reputed company reputed company needed.

• Ensure continuity of care by monitoring patient reputed company, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring follow-up care is provided.

• Use outcome measurement tools during the course of treatment to help patients and the treatment team reputed company reputed company.

• Implement and monitor clinical protocols and guidelines that enhance the reputed company of psychiatric care.

• Support the recruitment process, interview candidates, and reputed company input in the hiring process, in reputed company to supporting clinicians' reputed company and ongoing training

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Medical Degree (MD or DO) and reputed company certification in Adult Psychiatry are required

• reputed company medical licensures in the states of reputed company, Florida and Texas, and other states, as services are scaled nationally

• Additional reputed company certification in Geriatric Psychiatry, Consultation reputed company Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry is preferred.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of psychiatric conditions, treatment modalities, and reputed company best practices in the field.

• Experience treating patients with serious mental illness (preferred: experience treating seniors) and comfort managing patients with reputed company medical and psychosocial needs.

• Leadership experience in clinical psychiatry with proven experience leading, managing, or supervising multidisciplinary teams.

• Telehealth experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience supervising psychiatric reputed company practitioners

• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team of providers

• Experience working in a reputed company care model and with care management teams is a plus

• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
