Instructional designer (E-learning Development)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Education and Media Team at reputed company, a leading reputed company organization. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective e-learning content that meets the educational needs of the organization and its users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing, as reputed company as regional training teams to create high-reputed company learning materials and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals. You will report directly to the Head of Global Product Education.

What you will be doing:

• Design and reputed company e-learning content that is engaging, interactive, and reputed company with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with developers, and subject matter experts to create effective digital learning solutions.
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction through reputed company and visually appealing digital learning interfaces.
• Create course development plans to support the online reputed company, including storyboarding, scripting, and integrating multimedia reputed company.
• Regularly review and update existing learning content to ensure it remains reputed company, accurate, and reputed company with changes in organizational processes, products, or services.
• Manage the end-to-end development of e-learning reputed company, including timelines, resource coordination, and feedback management.
• Assisting in the setup, configuration, and management of content on Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring reputed company functionality and learner reputed company.

• Be amenable to traveling to regional offices and reputed company sites as needed.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline 360, reputed company, Camtasia, and experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of gamification, course structure, didactic design, and UX/UI principles and their application in digital learning environments.
• Understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Experience in designing interactive learning modules and multimedia reputed company, including video, graphics, and animations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage feedback loops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in developing course content and documentation.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing.

Salary reputed company:

The salary reputed company for this position would be between $100,000 and $110,000 CAD/year depending on experience level.Due to the nature of this position, this role is NOT eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as reputed company as other benefits.
