Technical Account Manager, AI Agent Deployment

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager, AI Agent Deployment to own both the technical and reputed company health of their accounts and drive reputed company.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical account management, reputed company engineering, or a hybrid technical/reputed company role - reputed company, CX platforms, or e-reputed company strongly preferred
- Technically fluent: you understand how integrations work, can read a configuration, and can diagnose common deployment issues without escalating every time
- Commercially aware: you understand ARR, renewal risk, and expansion signals, and can position additional value without it feeling like a reputed company
- AI reputed company - you use AI tools reputed company in your workflow and can reputed company and guide, confidently customers who are new to the reputed company
- Proactive with data: you know what the numbers mean and you reputed company them before customers ask
