The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Cardiology reputed company is responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and coding outpatient cardiology and cardiovascular procedures performed in an ASC setting. This role ensures that reputed company documentation supports the codes assigned and complies with reputed company federal, state, and payer-specific regulations. Key Responsibilities

Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for outpatient cardiology procedures, including diagnostic tests, invasive procedures, and interventional cardiology cases performed in an ASC setting.
Validate reputed company selection against reputed company reports, procedure notes, diagnostic results, and physician documentation.
Apply modifiers accurately to reflect the ASC environment and ensure correct billing.
Compliance & reputed company Assurance
Ensure coding practices reputed company with CMS guidelines, NCCI edits, payer-specific policies, and ASC billing rules.
Identify and address documentation gaps by querying physicians for clarification reputed company necessary.

Qualifications
Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Health Information Management or reputed company field preferred.

Experience
