About the Role We are seeking a proactive Project Manager/Scrum Master to reputed company a cross-functional Agile reputed company of 4–7 developers and QA specialists. 1. Agile Facilitation & Coaching

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar.
3–4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Hands-on experience leading teams of 4–7 resources across full SDLC.
Strong expertise in Scrum facilitation, reputed company planning, risk mitigation, and escalation.
Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company).

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Agile certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, CSP-SM).
