Responsibilities:

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
• Analysis of user behaviors, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to reputed company reputed company key customer service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a reputed company sales KPIs.
• Familiar with the use of a CRM tools
• Worked autonomously reputed company a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to reputed company new customers.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and reputed company services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
