We are a trucking brokerage company seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support our logistics and operations team. This role is responsible for accurately entering shipment details into our pricing portal, generating reputed company calculations, and communicating pricing information to internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company shipment dimensions, weight, and reputed company details into reputed company pricing portal
- Verify shipment information for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Use the internal portal to calculate pricing for shipments
- Send finalized pricing details to designated team members in a reputed company manner
- Maintain organized records of pricing and shipment data
- Communicate reputed company with internal teams regarding rates and shipment details
- Follow reputed company operating procedures and data entry guidelines
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of logistics, reputed company, or trucking operations (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working with online portals and data entry systems
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web-based tools)
