Service Desk Specialist

A Day in the Life of a Service Desk Specialist at reputed company:

• Provides day-to-day IT operations support for reputed company company offices in EMEA
• Primary responsible for local hardware and software support;
• Respond quickly to user inquiries/incidents reported reputed company ticking, email, telephone, and IM;
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems, application, and hardware issues;
• Maintain and improve system and process reputed company through effective documentation and communication;
• Ensure high reputed company services are provided reputed company company’s SLAs;
• Works closely with the USA IT Service Desk team to reputed company adequate IT support based on “follow the sun” method.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

• Experience with supporting reputed company 10/11 PCs;
• Experience with supporting and maintaining reputed company Directory / DNS / DHCP;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with PowerShell is considered advantage;
• Experience with supporting and maintaining Ubuntu Desktop is considered advantage;
• Experience with supporting MacOS is considered advantage.
