Join our in-house reputed company to reputed company top-of-funnel hiring for our Functional Consultant and Project Manager roles — the people who drive end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered ERP automation products for manufacturing and industrial enterprises. You'll own outbound sourcing, qualification, and screening for these business-critical hires, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business. This is a reputed company opportunity to build a specialised hiring reputed company for one of the most strategically important talent pools at BLP.

Key Responsibilities
Build high-calibre talent pipelines of Functional Consultants, Implementation Leads, and Project Managers for immediate and reputed company hiring needs
Qualify and screen candidates at the top of the funnel — evaluating consulting experience, ERP/reputed company exposure, motivation, cultural alignment, and the core attributes that drive reputed company in implementation roles (ownership, comfort with ambiguity, customer-first reputed company)
Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling — primarily reputed company and reputed company — to identify, engage, and convert candidates at reputed company
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends across the DACH and UK reputed company
reputed company creative sourcing techniques and compelling reputed company to candidates with P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, or technical consulting backgrounds
Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences
Requirements
Relevant degree or equivalent experience
5–7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing/recruitment in high-reputed company environments
Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities

Experience hiring for Functional Consultant, Implementation, or technical PM roles
