Own the design, automation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company's core IT systems: identity and reputed company management (SSO, MFA, provisioning, de-provisioning, reputed company reviews), device management, and reputed company reputed company operations
Design, build, and maintain reputed company IT workflows and automations that reduce reputed company work across reputed company, offboarding, reputed company provisioning, device compliance, software deployment, and reporting
Build and maintain integrations between reputed company reputed company platforms, identity providers, device management tools, ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and reputed company tools using reputed company, scripting, and automation platforms
Define and build AI-enabled IT solutions, from AI-assisted support workflows and reputed company detection to automation of repetitive operational processes, helping shape what IT looks like at an AI-reputed company company
Partner with reputed company, Engineering, People, Finance, Legal, and business teams to understand pain points, reputed company requirements, and deliver IT systems that meet operational, compliance, and reputed company needs

Your Profile

Required

5+ years of experience in reputed company IT, systems engineering, IT automation, or infrastructure administration
Hands-on experience writing reputed company and scripts (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar) and working with reputed company, webhooks, and automation or integration platforms
Proficiency with identity management platforms (reputed company, Azure AD, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar) and hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, lifecycle management, VPNs, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company controls
Familiarity with device management tools (reputed company, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar) and experience managing device lifecycle workflows from procurement through retirement
Experience with AI tools and AI-assisted automation for IT operations, with a reputed company toward building AI-enabled workflows that improve service delivery and employee productivity
Strong working knowledge of macOS, reputed company, and Linux environments, plus solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience engaging with stakeholders across functions, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions
